When you check-out please send us a quick message that you have left the house so we can notify our cleaning staff to go ahead and start the cleaning.\r\n\r\nCheck Out Procedure:\r\n1) Leave used towels on the floors, and leave used beds unmade.\r\n2) Place TV remote back on the TV stand in the room and log out of any streaming services that are yours.\r\n3) Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.\r\n4) Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the button on bottom of the e-lock.\r\n\r\nFollowing your stay the platform will send you an email asking you to leave us a review. If you would be so kind to do so, we'd greatly appreciate it and will do the same for you\r\nBe prepared that the review system is not like a traditional review system. The way it works is:\r\n5 Star = Satisfactory/met our needs.\r\n4 Star = Something was wrong with the listing or host, and nothing was done to fix it when we brought up the issue.\r\n1-3 Stars = Very bad experience here, would never stay again.\r\n\r\nThis is how the booking platforms view our reviews, so we would appreciate if you took this into consideration when filling it out.\r\n\r\nWe hope you have enjoyed your stay and have safe travels back home!\r\n\r\nThanks again,\r\n-Austin & Hannah",

If we have another guest departing the same day as you arrive, we likely cannot accommodate these requests, as we do not want to rush our cleaning crew and provide you with a sub-par place. The only way to guarantee you get early check in is to book the night before your arrival, and then you can check in anytime the day you arrive.\r\n\r\n*Late Check out requests: We cannot offer late checkout in our properties as we have a specific amount of time set for our cleaners to prepare the place for the next guests.
